Australian Craft Spirits Masterclasses at Pialligo Estate, 28 and 28 September

These popular series, now into their second year, continue in with two events with Craft Gins of Australia on the 27th September and Whiskies of Australia on the 28th September. Limited to small groups, enjoy a gazing platter whilst sampling a flight of five or more craft spirits from my own collection from around Australia.

There’s a different line up each time and you’ll learn not just how they are made, but the stories behind the labels, they’re great fun as well!  You can watch this short clip about the experience on YouTube here.

QT Canberra Cocktail Bar Takeover, October 4

Lovers of Martinis, craft spirits and classic cocktails rejoice for Lucky’s is coming alive with mixology magic. Enjoy the first night in a series of Spring Takeovers as I take reign over Lucky’s bar for one night only.

This is an intimate opportunity to learn about cocktail history and observe how the perfect martini is made. The evening’s menu will feature specially crafted classics each with a Martini Whisperer twist.

Secret VIP Whispers
For a personally customised experience, request a bespoke table-side Martini on the night for $25. Designed in front of you and I will personalise each mixture to match the flavour of each guest. Ask for a bespoke martini at the bar for a sipping experience second to none.

Holey Moley Exhibition Cocktail Evening, October 10,

For one night only, experience the Mint in an exciting new way. Immerse yourself in the All That is Holey: The First Minted Coins of Australia exhibition on the 10th October, whilst sipping bespoke cocktails created for this special evening by me, the The Martini Whisperer.

Enjoy a cocktail demonstration accompanied by a grazing table from Nibble and Nourish and live background music from Mr Michael. To finish the evening, you’ll take a holey donut from The Cookie Doe with you as a tasty treat for the trip home. Five ticket holders will also win mystery coin prizes on the night.

Ticket prices includes a cocktail demonstration, two cocktails, grazing table, a specialty made donut, a viewing of the exhibition and complimentary catalogue.

Grazing table will have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Restrictions: 18+ event, proof of age may be requested so please be sure to bring this with you.
