This is going to be one swell weekend!

As the premier spirits and beverages expo in Australia, I’m honoured to be part of the program of guest speakers this year.

I’ll be speaking on both the Saturday  16th and Sunday  17th July sharing my insights on, what else, how to craft the perfect Martini at home using Australian gins and vodka.

Some lucky folks will also get to have a hands-on experience with yours truly.

I’ll also be hanging out spreading the word about Australian craft spirits with my friends from the Nip of Courage.

The event has the who’s who of the business from around the world with a huge range of exhibitors, and of course, plenty of fabulous spirits, beer, vermouths, and much more to experience.

There’s also a range of satellite events around Melbourne as part of the Festival, including a Tipsy High Tea hosted by friend in gin, The Ginstress.
