I seem to be in demand of late.
In addition to the evening on the 16th November here in Canberra as part of our new Modernist festival, my friends at the glamorous Buvette Bistro and Wine Bar have asked me to host a special evening on the 30th.
I’m partnering with Buvette’s Chef de Cuisine Fabien Wagnon and his team to present a five course degustation dinner complete with matching cocktails created by yours truly.
Naturally the soiree will start with Martini’s on arrival crafted by myself.
I’m excited to showcase just how special the French Gins I’ve chosen for the evening are, and Chef will create dishes inspired by, and including them in some instances!
