I was asked to create something unique with award winning Canberra region brands, Contentious Character Wines and Underground Spirits.
I spent a long time working on a cocktail that you can make at home, with a unique combination of wine and spirit from their respective ranges.
It’s delicious, easy to make and I hope you enjoy it!
