Whenever I travel around, I do try and make time to visit the local distillers and get acquainted with them and their range, and it’s fir to say they’re a friendly bunch.  More often than not, they also press on me a sample or two of their spirits, though I’m alway happy to pay!

Something different for you in this article.  I thought I’d share with you a short video conversation i had not too long ago with two of the founders of Nine Circles Distillery, Cat and Ben Coathup who are located in the beautiful small town of Pambula on the New South Wales south coast.

They make a lovely range of gins and since recording our chat about their inspiration to start a distillery and their range, they’ve since opened up a lovely tasting room to visit.
