Hi there, well it’s February already, how did that happen!?

I’ve been super busy on a few fronts since I was in touch, so here’s the update for this month.

New Distillers Added

I’ve updated the list of Australian makers, and have added over 10 new gin distillers and more, bring the total to673 gin

makers, 232 vodka brands, 83 rum producers and 188 whisky labels, and of course there is a lot of overlap amongst those. You’ll find the lists here on the Article Index page.

Series Pitching News

Well the good news is that as of this week we’ve completed the edit for the episode segment to go with the promotional clips and pitch deck and we’ll start shopping the series both in the US and in Australia in the coming weeks!  It has turned out fantastic, just what I’d hoped for after all these years working on it and so if this doesn’t get a series up, I don’t know what will

New YouTube Clips

I’ve also been active added more content to my YouTube channel including martini pro-tips and weekly instalments of Meet the Distillers which feature a short chat with one of the distillers I’ve visited of late.  You’ll find my channel here and don’t forget to like and subscribe!

Upcoming Reviews and Articles

Also in the pipeline are reviews of several Vermouth brands, one Australian, the other from California, and a look at behind the scenes at the very commercially successful Starward distillery in Melbourne which I visited recently, fascinating!  So I’ve got my article groove back on – so you can expect an article each month or more.

Event and Collaboration Services

Due to popular demand I’m resuming offering my services to private and corporate clients. These can range from martini masterclasses, craft spirits tasting experiences and guest appearances.  I can also be commissioned to create bespoke receipes and assist distillers develop new products.
